The value for money at this hotel was excellent, with a fantastic king-size bed and a breathtaking view from the room. The location was a bit far from the city center, but everything I needed was conveniently available in the same building, including various restaurants, a spa, a gym. The staff were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even going out of their way to assist with a flat tire on our car upon arrival.

While the breakfast offerings were good overall, one thing that could have made it better was faster service and more attentiveness from the staff. Waiting almost half an hour for milk and receiving damaged teacups was below the standard expected from a 5-star hotel.

I got great value for my money with an amazing view from my executive suite at The Ritz-Carlton. The room was very nice and the hotel's location, close to the biggest mall, was convenient. The staff treated me and my wife wonderfully, with nice and polite service throughout our stay.

This hotel provided a luxurious experience like no other. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. the massages were fantastic, leaving us feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. the room advantages were exclusive with a lovely garden area and a Turkish bath. the restaurant's food was scrumptious, and we loved the private facilities available. There were also special diet menus offered, which was a great feature. The location advantages were advantageous with a shopping mall nearby and stunning mountain views from our room. Cons: the Jacuzzi was out of service during our stay, which was a minor inconvenience. the service was impeccable, and we had an enjoyable stay.
